Store Policies


Invoices

  • All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt, or your order will be cancelled.

  • No items will be held without payment — all items are first come, first served.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to reorder it from the vendor and fulfill your request as soon as possible.

  • Some products may be pre-order only. These must be paid in full before we place the order.


Shipping

  • Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order. Most orders will ship for a flat rate of $5.50 via USPS First Class Mail.

  • If your order includes sale items, you will be charged for shipping.

  • All orders will ship within 2 business days after payment, unless your item is on backorder or a pre-order.

  • USPS First Class Mail typically delivers within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped.

Need it faster?

  • You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for $6.50, which delivers in 2–3 business days and includes insurance in case of loss or theft.


Returns

  • Returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned — this includes:

    • Sale/discounted items

    • Bralettes

    • Jewelry

    • Purses

  • Shoes may be returned if unworn and in their original box.

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn

    • In original condition with tags attached

    • Free from smoke, stains, or damage

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you when your store credit has been issued. If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be shipped back to you.
