• All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving or your order will be cancelled. No items will be held without payment.
  • Items are first come first serve. If the item you want is out of stock, I will try and make another order with the vendor and get it to you as soon as possible.
  • I will also have some items that will be pre-order ONLY! Those will have to be paid for before I place the order!


  • The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the package. Most of the time you will pay a flat rate fee of $4.50 depending on the item. This pricing is for USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking once your package has shipped. 
  • Please note if an item is on SALE, you will be charged shipping.
  • At Jolie’ Mae Clothing, all orders will be shipped within two days after completing and paying your invoice. Unless it is an item that is on backorder or it is a pre-order. All orders will be shipped through USPS. Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes between 3-7 business days. You can’t count holidays or Sundays. Once I have mailed the package, you will get an email confirmation and tracking number.

If an order is needed sooner, we can send your order via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail will cost you $5.29 and you can expect to receive your package with 2-3 business days after being shipped. It is always a good idea to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail because it does come with insurance in case your package would get lost or stolen.




  • All returns will be a store credit ONLY!
  • Sale items are final sale. NO returns!
  • Bralettes, jewelry, and purses can’t be returned. They are a final sale product.
  • Shoes may be returned in original box and unworn.
  • To be able to return an item to Jolie’ Mae Clothing, it must have a return label within 7 days of receiving your product. When returning a product, the cost of shipping is the customers’ responsibility.
  • All returned items must be unworn, tags still on them, smoke-free and undamaged.
  • Once the item has returned to me, I will inspect it and notify you when your return is being sent. If the item does not meet approval to be returned I will also notify you and the item will be sent back to you.

Remember the customer is responsible for the cost to return an item. It would be a great idea to get a tracking number on the package, so you can track it and make sure it gets back to us.
